Fully integrated accounting
with AP, AR and GL included as an independent custom-built subsystem.
It can be used for general accounting as well.

All expense, payment and revenue transactions are processed within a
front-side user interface with reservation etc. specific controls
and only then processed in the accounting system.

All financial transactions are based on
cost codes which
give the user and the company the necessary flexibility to manage customized and/or
complex accounting tasks.

All reporting is based on ASL: An internal reporting engine and language
making the software independent of external reporting solutions. The internal
scripting language and the report generator enhance the
power of SQL enabling the user to quickly create new reports and general documents
from all data.

A fast fully graphical reservation board and a similar
graphical housecleaning scheduling system enable the user to visually handle a large
collection of properties. You may open your remote partner's reservation board
as easily as your local one if you both use this software.

An internal
communication system similar to group mail
automatically distributes notifications to selected groups on important transactions
and creates a virus-free communication channel to users and groups. The
system can also be used for notifying a selected user (group) on logons and error
conditions, which can be used for enhanced support.

Open database connectivity, either through ODBC, direct connections via SQL, or
through the report engine provides integration with other software products (such
as spreadsheets, wordprocessors and web tools). You can select your own SQL backend
or use the open source MySQL server for which plenty of free tools are available.
You will not be left helpless with a proprietary database.
